Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. If applicable, we will also provide a return shipping label. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kalmwellness.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photographs or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new product.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
